Great location and very friendly staff.

Very small and compact rooms. Hard to move around with more than one person in a room.

The property and the staff were amazing. Upon arrival the team had gone out of their way to wish me a happy birthday and get me a little eye mask patches, something they not need to do but loved and appreciated the attention to detail and made our stay much more special. The bar was lovely as well.

Everything was good.

The staff very nice and helpful, although communication issues at the restaurant was the reason we didn't eat there. The rooms were pretty spacious and beds comfy.

We were told the room would be cleaned on the 3rd day but it wasn't so our trash cans were overflowing. The lobby smells strange.The room decor was nice, but I kept hitting my head on the lamp. It was very heavy but managed to move it to the side instead of almost in the middle of the room.

The view. Absolutely amazing. Room was well stocked and looked after. Also in a great location to get anywhere in the city quickly.

Not a single thing.

The room was extremely comfortable with great amenities. The views of Tokyo were mind-blowing. Additionally the room walls were well insulated so there was no noise transfer from outside which meant it was easy to get a peaceful night's sleep. The location was extremely convenient and very well connected. Very easy to get to Ginza and the Imperial Palace. We'd definitely stay at this hotel again.

Breakfast could have been better. A lot of the continental options which were meant to be warm or were served in heated buffet trays were actually cold so this was underwhelming. Local breakfast however was perfect and served at the right temperatures.

Very convenient to Shimbashi station and also local Tokyo Metro lines. Lounge on the 19th floor was a good escape from the room when I needed to do some computer work...great coffee too!

I not a big fan of the complex ECO-Cleaning issue You are listed as a 4-starr hotel and in my opinion that's make up the room everyday unless asked not to....just my opinion.

Paid breakfast was so worth it! Good location

Rooms were kind of small for the double room.

iPad controller built into the nightstand to control lighting, temperature, air conditioning, blinds, and even alarm. The shower - bath is excellent.

breakfast was ok, but you'l the same microwaved eggs, MW'd tempura. . . all left from the day before and the day before, and offered at dinner for those foolish enough eat there out of desperation. AVOID for dinner.

staff was very responsive, room was quiet, and lobby has a great view of the city

1) the elevator from street level smells like urine, 2) coffee was too mild and had to use 3 packets to get a decent taste, 3) toilet does not have a privacy door, closet space too small, not enough counter space

We thought we paid for the breakfast when we booked the room but when we got there they said we didn’t. We were disappointed. We ended up paying for the breakfast and the food was amazing! Love the variety and the freshness.

Great location and close to train station. Room was comfortable, great size and view. Most hotel staff were wonderful, but it was not consistent which was disappointing since Japan has wonderful service overall.

I did not feel like they went out of their way to be helpful to guests. Restaurant staff could have been friendlier. This is not based on experiences in America but based on experiences throughout Japan where they are consistently hospitable and accommodating.

Tremendous views of the city from the room. Excellent lobby. Great restaurant for breakfast

Nice bar. Access to in-house coin operated laundry. Ok size gym. Very close to train station - Shinbashi.

Getting a little dated compared to other similar priced hotels. Many office workers fill out the local restaurants and bars.

Location is excellent.

There is only Japanese dishes on breakfast . My husband and my son didn’t find appropriate food and was hungry after the breakfast . The room was too small

Really really nice location, in downtown but quiet, nice view and staff. Lobby is beautiful

There’s a smell in the room. I tried requesting change of room but all rooms seem to have that smell.The staff applied air freshener for me, but it didn’t really help.

This was my 3rd stay at the Blossom Hibiya in the past year. I found it a great place to enjoy Tokyo in the neighborhood I know...Ginza area. The staff is accommodating, take care of needs immediately and are always helpful.

Just 2 peeves...could not get the temperature of the room to stabilize at a comfortable level for me. It kept defaulting to a specific temperature. However, I set is to fan only at night and it was fine. Second, in this Ginza area the noise of the JR trains and Shinkansen is constant from 5 AM to midnight. It does not matter which side of the hotel you use,...it's there. I use earplugs and it was fine. This in not a Blossom problem, as I experience this in most of the hotels in this area.
